Welcome to the seat bookings thread. To pre-book a seat, there are three simple steps.
The seating layout has been changed again to maximise the effectiveness of the new 48 port gigabit switches we have gained access to. DO NOT REQUEST A PRE-PAID SEAT UNLESS YOU INTEND TO PRE-PAY IT. The following instructions only take a few moments to read, and almost no effort to do correctly 1. Send an e-mail to richard@inproof.com, requesting the seats you would like to book, and the names of attendees to be sitting in those seats. Names MUST be formatted as follows: Seat Number: Alias, Real Name (05: Kensei, Richard) Your seats will not be added to this list until such time as payment is recieved by us. Once you have requested an invoice, you have 7 days to pay it before those seats become available for invoice request again by another party. 2. Reply to this post with Seat Number: Alias, Real Name (05: Kensei, Richard) and nothing else. This is a bookings thread, not a discussion. 3. Be patient, admins have lives, jobs, uni and other people to deal with. Seats may be requested at any point up to 6pm on the 16th of July 2010 Invoices will be done over weekends for the most part, so check your emails on mondays. The lan is on the weekend of the 23rd of July. Payment for seats MUST be received within 7 days of the invoice being sent. A seat is NOT Paid for until the Direct deposit or cheque has cleared on OUR side. When you sent the money really doesnt matter at all, we can't do anything until we actually recieve it. As far as cutoff times go, if you arent there by around 10ish on Saturday and have not made prior arrangements or attempted to make contact, we can not justify holding your seat. We will do everything within our power to ensure your seat is reserved, but hold no responsibility if you arrive at the LAN after the given reservation deadline to find your requested seat taken, or the seating arrangement changed. If you have pre-paid within 7 days of the invoice being sent, you will have a seat.
